"I've always been with state farm. I've never had any hassles or issues. When Doug Suttica retired and jeff took over I was a little skeptic for a while. He made us feel right at home. Always super nice and helpful on the phone. Feel like you're talking to family instead of an insurance agent. They're always on the ball to help you whether it's roadside, filing a claim or getting something adjusted. I find the prices super affordable. Maybe I have good driving record but we pay nowhere near what everybody else does. They're willing to work and customize your insurance to exactly what Your needs are. So you're not overpaying. I know it sounds like a certain commercial. Every insurance Co. will do that if you just ask. The last truck I bought was on a Friday afternoon, they had me in and out and insured , so I could run to S.O.S. and get my vehicle on the road before the weekend."
